Let me recap for the record this feat of performance: original pages and words planned - 50 pages/15,000 words; actual 120 pages/25,000 words translated; original days available for translation - 10 days; actual 7 days. In addition, during this compressed timeframe you were asked to format the French to match the English through your desktop publishing services. The real test of performance was confirmed when our French client on two occasions expressed the opinion that our proposal appeared them to have been written in French originally, rather than translated from English. You and your people are to be congratulated on being a customer-focused organization.

My experience with Techworld's Japanese I was excellent. I learned a lot not only about the language, but about the culture as well. Susukida-san was an excellent teacher. The class atmosphere was not tense at all, and all the lessons were covered in detail. The class gave me an all-around lesson on the Japanese country, culture and most of all language. I can now communicate to our Japanese customers in meetings, e-mails and over the phone.
